The Fitness Center is equipped with state-of-the-art Cybex fitness equipment, including treadmills, elliptical arc trainers and stationary bikes. In addition, 12 Cybex resistance machines are available for developing upper and lower body strength and endurance. There is also a full complement of free weights, a rack of dumbbells, and a barbell cage. Lastly, the Fitness Center includes use of a stability ball, tension bands and jump ropes.
